Shipping Time
All items are shipped within 5–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Large & Heavy Items

Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service selected. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
Boxes and packagine are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns Period
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received
- Items must be unused
- Items must be in their original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence (if applicable)
In these cases, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds
